Marilyn Sands, Pianist

Marilyn Bergman Sands, alumna of the UCLA School of Music, is a pianist of rare artistry. She began her study of piano at age four and made her debut at age thirteen with the Glendale Symphony Orchestra. She has performed in concert, on radio and TV, and for film and recordings.

In 1978 she became the first person to give a concert on the first Steinway Concert Grand computerized reproducing piano at San Sylmar Museum.

Ms. Sands has performed in California, New York, Hawaii, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. She resides in Malibu, where she has several times performed at Pepperdine University.
